Happy Top 5 Tuesday bookworms!
As we wrap up this year, I reflect on my overloaded phone gallery of all the stunning books I read this year! And WOW there were some B-E-A-UTIFUL ones!
In no particular order;
1. Circe by Madeline Miller
Not just a beautiful story, but also a stunning book.
2. The Wicked Deep by Shea Ernshaw
This story was heartbreaking but look at the naked shiny!!
3. The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert
Creepy AF. But the book gives me serious fairytale feels. Also the engraving on the hardcover. #swoon
4. Shadow & Bone Trilogy by Leigh Bardugo (New Editions)
I am a massive fan of the queen! And I read Six Of Crows first then read the above trilogy, but OMG the new paperbacks are so modern and pretty and they are floppy paperbacks! I LOVE FLOPPY PAPERBACKS.
5. A Pocketful Of Crows by Joanne Harris
I read this in a day. An awesome take on the Triple Goddess origin told in a fairytale-esque way.
Special Number 6. Six Of Crows Special Edition by Leigh Bardugo
I do not have this in my grasp yet, but it will be mine and when they do the special edition of Crooked Kingdom I will buy that too! If I am gonna collect any book series, they are gonna be Bardugo books!
If we don’t speak before Bookworms, I wish you a merry Christmas/a wonderful rest of December 8)
